Model Compilers is seeking talented engineers experienced in modeling and model-driven development.

As we are a small but growing company, our team members will have the opportunity to participate in all aspects of our business, from consulting and training to method and tool development.

Candidates should have experience in one or more of these areas:

UML, particularly Executable UML
Agile development practices such as XP, Crystal, or Scrum
Object-oriented programming in languages such as Java, C++, or .Net (VB.Net or C#)
Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA)

All candidates are expected to have excellent presentation skills and will be expected to give a 15-minute presentation on a current technical topic of their choice.
